Ali Fecteau
My name is Ali Fecteau, and I am so excited to welcome everyone to the 64th annual Cavalcade!
I was born into a small farming family in northern Missouri where my family ran a dairy and a cow/calf operation. I was able to ride a horse before I could walk, and my love of horses and working cattle was instilled in me at a young age. That early love has turned into a life long career for me, and I’m so thankful for my way of life!
In my spare time, I enjoy participating in team penning, ranch sorting, and women’s ranch rodeos as well as showing cutting horses. I’ve been blessed to have won several prestigious events, such as the AQHYA World Show in 2002, the San Antonio Stock Show in 2007 and 2009, as well as the Fort Worth and Tulsa Classics.
In 2005, I attended The Texas Institute of Equine Dentistry and became a certified equine dentist. I love the satisfaction of helping horses through my dentistry, and the experience of meeting such great people that own those horses is unmatched.
My life has recently brought me to my new home in Shidler, Oklahoma. I love God’s country, and someday soon I hope to move my parents here.
As the 2010 PRUC Queen and Co-hostess for the 64th annual Cavalcade, I am so excited to meet all of the queen contestants and rodeo contestants alike.
Good luck to everyone!!
